Davin Goldsztajn

As a US-based attorney, Davin spent seven years representing financial institutions in recovering defaulted debt before transitioning to the world of corporate intelligence and asset recovery. For the next ten years he focused on cross-border enforcement, including five years as a case manager for the asset recovery arm of the world’s largest litigation financier. He went on to join a London-based factor as Chief Collections Officer, pursuing recoveries in the trade finance space.

Davin uses his niche network of specialist lawyers and investigators, built over 20 years, to identify assets and help prepare enforcement strategies. Since the company’s inception, Davin and Brevant have recovered tens of millions of dollars on their clients’ behalf.
